Sometimes a process does not fit the software you already have. You may need an internal app to track requests, a workspace for a specialist team or a module that brings scattered information together. We can build that as standalone software or extend Nevai where its existing foundation is useful.

We start with the people doing the work: what they need to see, which decisions they make and where information comes from. The result should solve that specific problem, not require you to replace everything else. An internal business app is an illustrative example here, not a claimed completed customer project.

Take repetition out of everyday work

Repeated copying, checking and forwarding can often be reduced by connecting the steps. For example, an enquiry could be received, its details collected and a task prepared for someone to review before a quote is sent. The example describes a possible workflow, not an automatic sales promise.

We look at triggers, required information and the points where a person should decide. Errors and exceptions need a visible place to go. Activepieces or a small custom integration can be appropriate depending on the tools involved; the choice follows the workflow rather than being the starting point.

Give AI a clear, useful job

AI is useful when it has a defined task and information it is allowed to use. A chatbot could help people find answers in approved business documents, or an assistant could prepare a summary for a colleague to check. These are possible applications, not evidence of a ready-made project in your organisation.

We agree the data boundaries, access and how answers are checked. Uncertain or unsupported answers need a route to a person. Local models can be considered for privacy or hosting requirements; using a local model alone does not remove the need for permissions, testing and careful data handling.

Custom software, automation and AI are three equally valid starting points. They can be combined, but you do not need AI for a straightforward integration or Nevai for a standalone app.

Connect what you already use

Existing tools are part of the starting point, not something to discard automatically. We investigate available APIs, exports, authentication and what each system permits. A useful connection should have clear ownership of data and a way to handle errors without silently losing work.

Some connections can use an existing connector; others need development or cooperation from a supplier. We agree that scope before committing to the integration. A Nevai module is one option, but an independent service or app may be a better fit.
