A new course involves more than putting a time in a calendar. You need a style, a level, a teacher, a room and space for the right number of dancers. Nevai brings those details together in class series and individual lesson moments, so your team can work from the same plan.

Plan recurring lessons and review the moments they create. Keep your school's locations and teacher availability in view, and make changes from the management workspace. Public visitors, students and teachers each need a different view of that same school day, not a separate timetable to maintain.

Keep track of who can join

Students do not always join in the same way. Some start with a trial, others use credits or join a longer series. Capacity, level and booking windows help determine which classes are suitable and when someone can register.

For partner dances, leader/follower preferences, couples and waitlists make the enrolment process more specific than simply counting empty places. Manage exceptions with the people involved. Credits represent access to classes; they are not the same as confirmed payment. Online payment and subscription renewal still need further completion before live use.

Let teachers focus on the class

A teacher needs to know what they are teaching and who is coming. Their workspace brings together their schedule, the relevant class details and an attendance list. They can mark students present or absent and finish the lesson without keeping a separate spreadsheet.

Class notes, homework and lesson videos keep the follow-up connected to the lesson. Teachers can also review their students and record useful feedback. The desktop view gives room for preparation, while the phone view supports the work during a class.

Give students their own overview

Students can view the school's schedule and find classes they are eligible to join. Their own lessons remain distinguishable from the full schedule, with credits and account information available in the same environment.

Parents and children can be organised through family relationships, with booking and payment responsibilities agreed during setup. News and class information help students keep up with the school. Automatic push delivery is still being completed; it is not a guaranteed communication channel today.

Connect your school with its website

Connect Classes to a public timetable on your website so visitors can discover your lessons. The Website module covers the pages and content around that timetable; student enrolment continues in the appropriate Nevai flow.

Appointments remain a separate module for bookable time slots, such as a conversation or private appointment. Connections to an existing website or other school software are scoped separately. We discuss what can be reused and what needs a custom connection before promising a complete migration.
